CardBrain is built to help you track credit card benefits without asking for sensitive financial information. We do not collect your card numbers, bank login, account balances, purchase history, or details about how you use the app.
CardBrain does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask you to connect a bank account, scan a card, or enter full card numbers.
Your selected cards, benefit progress, notes, reminders, and settings stay on your device. We do not receive, store, sell, or share that information.
The information you add to CardBrain is saved on your own device so the app can remember your cards, credits, notes, and preferences. It is not sent to CardBrain.
If you delete the app, the information stored by the app on your device is removed.
If you choose to buy CardBrain Pro, the purchase is handled through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment card information. Apple's privacy policy applies to App Store payments: apple.com/legal/privacy.
CardBrain may check for public card benefit updates so the built-in card catalog can stay current. These checks do not include your selected cards, benefit progress, notes, reminders, or other personal app data.
CardBrain does not show ads, follow you across apps or websites, sell user data, or watch how you use the app for marketing.
If you choose to send feedback, we receive the message you send and any email address you choose to include. The app may also include basic context, such as app version or device type, to help us understand and fix issues. Please do not include card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive financial information in feedback.
CardBrain is not made to collect personal information from children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we ever update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
